Thanksgiving with Moon's
We sure had a blast with our family in Pinetop, Arizona this Thanksgiving. The cabin in plenty big and the perfect place just to relax and get away. We had plenty of good food, company, games, movies, Wii time, and long walks along the golf course. The kids got along really well. Brinley and Ryan were inseparable. Fun to share memories together.

The Eagle has landed!!
After a bit of nagging and prodding to get going on an Eagle Project....with the help of his father and his scout leaders Blake was able to get his project complete. The project was tailored perfectly for Blake. As a member of the SPHS baseball team he was able to make their varsity field even better. The foul ball poles were mere PVC pipes....now they are galvanized 600 pound steel poles that are 25 feel high. Now he hopes that the umps will make calls their way. His ball team was able to help with the project, and I think that the boys will really have a good feeling when they are the home team. Blake needs to still complete the whole package and submit it to the boar of review. We will keep you posted when the big Court of Honor is scheduled!

Tamale Time
This year the kids got out of school early this Thanksgiving break. We headed to Grandma and Grandpa Moon. What they love best about grandma's house....is the cooking. Grandma so sweetly decided to teach us all how to make tamales by scratch. No kidding....they were the best I have ever had. This is so difficult living in Southern California, with taco shops on each block and non quit compare to Grandmas cooking. We also made empanadas and guacamole and rice an beans. What a grand day!!!!
